„I got my first dog and I knew nothing about dogs. I was introduced to Gertrud and she made time right away for me to teach me the basics and help me understand how dogs interact with humans and other dogs. Not only did we have informative sessions together but then she wrote up and sent me the notes so I wouldn’t forget and I could refer back to them. She was always available to answer questions as they came up, and in the beginning, there were many. Gertrud is also a very nice person so our times together were very pleasant. I also enjoyed the social walks to meet other dog owners and give my dog a chance to interact with other dogs in a teaching environment.“
